The area boasts a Belle Époque flavour and it´s famous for its fashion shops and its exclusive atmosphere. It consists on roads and pedestrian streets with shops, supermarkets and bars. Apart from the fact that it´s just by La Concha beach, the main attractions of the city (Old Town, Congress Palace and Auditorium Kursaal, the Old fishing port...) are just steps from the apartment.

The Bahia II apartment is a 50m2 exclusive apartment located on the 6th floor of an elegant building with a modern elevator. The building is built in a classic Belle Époque style with a sand stone façade. Its three cute balconies and the stunning sea view over the La Concha beach, make it a definitive must for a perfect holiday in San Sebastian. The apartment comes with three balconies, one living room facing two balconies, one bedroom facing one balcony, a full bathroom and a full equipped kitchen. Just to highlight: It boasts free DSL Wi-Fi.

The living room boasts two balconies that enable a beautiful view over La Concha beach. It has large windows that enable lots of natural light. The lounge zone comes with a three seater sofa where you can rest while watching its flat TV or playing a movie with its DVD player with USB port. The coffe tables and all the furnitures in the living room are built in wood that match the set. On the other hand of the living room, you´ll find a reading area with a two seater sofa-bed and an armchair matching all the set.

The bedroom is spacious and faces the third balcony in the Bahia II apartment. It also boasts a beautiful side view over La Concha beach. It has a double bed with two side tables and a couple of reading lights. In addition, it has a big cupboard to storage your belongings in a comfortable way.

Walking along the corridor, you´ll find the bath room: It is spacious and comes with a big bath, a sink with a large mirror, wc and bidet. Neither will you miss fresh towels and a hair dryer. Next to the bathroom, the apartment boasts a boxroom that comes with a big cupboard: It´s a perfect room to storage the bags.

At the end of the corridor, you´ll find the kitchen. It´s full equipped and comes with premium appliances: Oven (Miele), dishwasher (Miele), washing machine (Miele), ceramic hobs (Miele), fridge (Liebherr), microwave (Fagor), toaster, juicer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc. It also comes with a table, a couple of chairs and two matching stools.
