Besides its gorgeous location, the Urdaneta apartment, offers a recently refurnished (nov-2008) 95 meters of wooden floors space, the guest will appreciate as they enter into the apartment only the best materials and finishes have been used. The apartment is based in a romantic building that with an original stone built façade. The building has an elevator.

The guest will feel totally at home from the moment they walk in to the apartment; The living/dining area, with an open style modern and slick kitchen, is spacious and elegant and simple in decor. Here the guest will also find a comfortable sofa. The large windows in this room allow for plenty of natural light and each one leads to a balcony. The kitchen comes with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooker, fridge, pots and pans, etc....

The Urdaneta apartment comes with two bedrooms with a large window each; the main bedroom comes with a king size bed and is a very pleasant and calm room. This bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom which is fully equipped with a double sink, shower unit, wc, etc... The second bedroom, spacious and elegant and simple in decor, has two single beds.

Between both bedrooms, guest will find a huge wardrobe room which is ample space for all guest’s belongings.  Following the way to the living-room, guest will find another spacious bathroom which comes with bath, sink, wc, etc…
