The Avendia apartment in San Sebastian is a lovely apartment of 65m2 plant, located in an elegant building in the heart of the romantic area of the city. The apartment has been recently renovated (March 2010) in the highest standards of quality. The apartment (A) enables an optional parking place (B) within a 7 minutes walking distance:
Equipped with all the luxuries (DVD, PLASMA TV, HIFI ...) is a modern and cozy apartment which has a spacious lounge equipped with a large cream-colored sofa in perfect conjunction with the rest of the decor. It also has two large windows that guarantee a good light.
The apartment’s kitchen is open and is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, pots and pans, dishes ...). It does also offer a a glass partition.
The main bedroom in the Avenida apartment in San Sebastian is furnished in light colours and has a large double bed. In turn, provides a large window and a large closet to store your belongings in a comfortable way.
The second bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds. Also has a large window and it’s been decorated in bright colours.
The bathroom of the apartment is spacious and fully equipped with a shower cubicle. Neither will you miss bath towels and a hairdryer.
