The Ducasse II apartment is a 35m2 modern apartment located on the 6th floor of a building with elevator. Its terrific terrace and the stunning sea view over the beach, make it an excellent choice for a holiday trip in
The lounge zone comes with a sofa bed where you can rest while enjoying the sea view through the large windows that enable lots of natural light. It´s a perfect place to relax and watch the flat TV with the back sound of the waves hitting the sand.
The kitchen is next to the lounge zone. It´s truly beautiful and comes full equipped with premium appliances: Oven (Neff), microwave, dishwasher (Miele), washing machine (AEG Electrolux), cooker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc. It also comes with a gateleg table and 4 matching stools.
Both from the kitchen and from the lounge, you can access the terrace overlooking the sea.
Just on the back side of the lounge, you´ll find the bedroom area. It comes with a double bed and a wardrobe zone with a hanger bar. Both the wardrobe area and the bedroom zone, can be closed with blackout curtains.
Finally, the reason because we strongly recommend this apartment: Its magnificent terrace. Apart from the stunning views, it boasts a glass dining table with two matching chairs, a sun umbrella and a couple of sun beds matching all the set.
