The Itsaso apartment is a brand new apartment (May 2010) which offers a strategic location. The alley that comunicates with the front door of the building is as dark as worth: You will be able to take a dip in the famous La Concha beach in just a minute walk (200m) and enjoy all the comforts and amenities of downtown in San Sebastian. The apartment is located in the first floor of a building which has no elevator.

The apartment is totally new and practical: It has 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen and a bathroom. It is a simple apartment of 60m2 of plant that has all the amenities to enjoy your stay in San Sebastian.

The living room offers a sofa-bed and a table in the dining area for four people. Next to the lounge offers a bar with two stools ideal for breakfast that communicates with the beautiful fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, washing dishes, etc.)

The master bedroom has two single beds, a blue sofa and two large windows offering great light. Beside the room, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom (shower, sink, hair dryer...). The second bedroom has a single bed, a nightstand and a large window.
