The Matisse apartment enables a beautiful décor with a modern style in the heart of the city: The Old Quarter. Located in the heart of the city, it´s a brand new apartment that boasts all the attractives you may like to see within a walking distance: Apart from the Old Quarter and its hundreds of bars and restaurants offering the best pintxos and Basque cuisine, La Concha beach,  the Old Port and the romantic area with its shops and supermarkets, are just steps to the apartment.

The Matisse apartment is a 90m2 modern apartment located on the 2nd floor of an elegant building with a sand stone facade. As most of the buildings in the Old Quarter, the building has no elevator but its beautiful décor makes it an excellent choice for a holiday trip in San Sebastian. The apartment enables a large living room, a full equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, the apartment offers a parking place located close to the apartment in the Oquendo parking area.

The living room comes with a glass dining table for 6 guests and 6 matching chairs. Walking along the lounge, a big sofa with two matching chairs and a coffee table matching all the set, enable a perfect place to rest, relax and watch the TV or see a movie with the DVD player. Apart from the beautiful decor, the lighting and pictures provide an exclusive atmosphere.

The kitchen is modern and comes full equipped: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc.

The first bedroom provides a set of two twin beds (80X200) and two bed tables with a couple of matching lights. Moreover, a big cupboard enables lots of space to storage your belongings. Its paintings and elegant décor provide a relaxing and nice atmosphere.

The second bedroom comes with a big double bed (150X200), two tables and a couple of reading lights. Its light colours provide a clean & pleasant atmosphere. In addition, it also features a big cupboard to storage your belongings in a comfortable way.

Both two bathrooms in the apartment are modern and come full equipped: The first one is spacious and features a big bath, a double sink and a toilet. In contrast, the second bathroom is not as big as the first one but it´s full equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
