The Trento apartment is a 80m2 elegant apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a beautiful building with a sand stone facade. In addition, it enables an optional underground parking space with direct access by elevator. The apartment comes with a large living room, full equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cute balcony.

The living room enables a glass dining table for 4 guests and 4 matching chairs. Walking along the lounge, a coffee table, a big sofa and an elegant armchair will ensure a pleasant set to rest. Neither will you miss a flat TV (32”) or a DVD player. Finally, a terrific oriel facing the street with the Zubimusu park on the left, enables lots of natural light. By the way, the beautiful balcony with a cute set of table and a two matching chairs, can be accessed from the oriel.

The kitchen comes full equipped: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc.
