You will find a member from our EnjoyRentals staff in the city, this person is our contact in the city. Please, feel absolutely free to call him for anything you need.
1. Atatched to the confirmation of the reservation, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need on your arrival to the city:

To confirm your arriving time we do also give you the name and phone number of our Enjoy Rentals contact in the city.
2. Please, take into account that you should call our contact in the city with time enough to let him go to the apartment and meet you with the keys. We strongly recommend you to call him at least one hour before you arrive.
3. Please call before you arrive to the phone number given in the e-mail, even if you are coming by car or plane, you should call our contact once you are arriving to the city, or once you have landed in the airport. As you may suffer a delay in the airport or big traffic in the highway, it is on your own interest to agree with our contact the check-in time calling him with time enough to meet you in the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ARRIVALS FROM 22:00hrs to 01:00hr THERE IS A LATE CHECK-IN FEE OF 30€.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ARRIVALS FROM 01:00 ONWARDS THERE IS A LATE CHECK-IN FEE OF 60€.
4. Once you arrive to the apartment, a menber of our EnjoyRentals Staff will provide you:

The apartamento keys

A brief explanation about the apartmnent

Instructions about how to use the equipment in the apartment.

Some interesting and usefull information like the closest supermarket, public transportation and any explanation you may need.

Our contact will ask you for the the remaining rental amount plus the damage deposit in EXACT AMOUNT AND IN CASH
5. During your stay, if anything goes wrong please contact INMEDIATELY to EnjoyRentals. If there is something in bad conditions, broken or missing, even if you accidentally have broken anything, please call us so that we can fix it or replace it. You can also contact us to book a restaurant or a taxi, or just to ask for a recommendation. All we want is to make you enjoy your stay!
6. Put in touch with us during the schedule of our office for any information, as suggestions of restaurants, directions(addresses) in case you are lost, or simply if you have some question with regard to the apartment or the city in general.
7. On the departure, the check-out time is before 11.00am. If you need to leave the apartment later, please contact us to ensure that we do our best to change the check-out time. A menber of our EnjoyRentals Staff will be there to:

Collect the apartment keys

Give you back your damage fee (if there is no damage).
8. We can also book a taxi for your departure from the apartment. You just have to ask it and our staff member will book it for you. |
