HOW TO BOOK

Enjoyrentals offers luxury apartment rentals located in Spain. Our staff members offer personal accommodation to make your stay the best holiday experience. 1. Request availability and confirmation

You can use our search tool located at the top of the page so as to choose the apartment suiting your needs, check the availability in our calendars, select arrival date and departure date, the number of people travelling and any special requirement you may have. Our system will quote you a price and take you to the book online form.

2. Booking information

You will need to complete a book on line form with your personal information:

Full name and passport number.
Your full address and telephone number.
Your credit card details.

Once we receive your personal data, we will confirm your booking as soon as possible with a maximum of 24 hours.

3. Payment

At the same time we confirm the booking, we will collect between 15% and 40% reservation deposit. You can make effective the payment of 4 ways:

ON LINE: by credit card.
BANK TRANSFER: Please contact us through info@enjoyrentals.com
FAX: Print our credit card deposit form and fax it to us at (+34) 943 314 755.
PHONE: Please call at +34 943 314 755 and one of the Enjoy Rentals Staff member will be happy to take your details over the phone and complete the transaction while speaking with you and confirm the reservation.

Once we receive your personal data, we will confirm your booking as soon as possible with a maximum of 24 hours
At the same time we confirm the booking, we will collect between 15% and 40% reservation deposit. The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment must be paid in CASH upon arrival. Remember NO CASH NO CHECKING.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when we receive via fax, e-mail, or phone your Credit Card Details for the advance booking deposit.

Once we received the Credit Card Authorization form we will send you a booking confirmation for your apartment in San Sebastian, Bilbao, Madrid, Malaga... together with some arrival and departure information and the house rules. Please note that the advance reservation deposit is non-refundable.
