We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking, The amount of the deposit depends on the selected apartment.

The payment of the deposit (15% - 40% advance payment) should be done via credit card. The rest of the payment should be done in cash on the arrival.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please add the cost of the transfer to the total amount.

The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit (15% - 40% advance payment) is paid to Enjoy Rentals. You will receive a e-mail confirming the booking and the payment of the deposit.

We ask for a retornable fee between 200€ and 500€ wich depends on the apartment you choice. The retornable fee shoul be payd in CASH on the arrival and it will be given back on the departure once we ensure that the apartment has no damage.

Once Enjoy Rentals confirms the availability of the apartment, the client have to pay the 15% deposit via credit card.

The rest of the payment should be done in cash on the arrival.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please add the cost of the transfer to the total amount.

Even if the circumstances which cause the cancellation are beyond the control of the client, the cancellation cost will steel depend on the number of days between the cancellation and the booking period.

If the client would like to change the booking period, the new booking dates will be considered as a new booking itself. In consecuence, the cancelation cost will steel the same.

If Enjoyrentals can´t provide the booked property, EnjoyRentals has the right to transfer the client to a similar property.

If there would be no agreement between Enjoy Rentals and the client, both contractual parties have the right to cancel the contract. In consecuente, EnjoyRentals will refund all the payments done by the client (except the part corresponding to the days that the property has been used).

On the arrival, the check-in time is 15.00pm. If you expect to arrive earlyer, please contact us to ensure that we do our best to let you check-in as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ARRIVALS FROM 22:00hrs to 01:00hr THERE IS A LATE CHECK-IN FEE OF 30€.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ARRIVALS FROM 01:00 ONWARDS THERE IS A LATE CHECK-IN FEE OF 60€.

On the departure, the check-out time is before 11.00am. If you need to leave the apartment later, please contact us to ensure that we do our best to change the check-out time.

The apartment will be cleaned before the arrival of the client. When leaving the client should leave the apartment in good conditions.

The client has to inform EnjoyRentals about the amount of persons included in the booking. Except eventual agreement with EnjoyRentals, just the clients included in the booking have the right to stay in the apartment. Except eventual agreement with EnjoyRentals, pets are not allowed in the apartments. If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, EnjoyRentals has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation.

The singing client should be responsable of the rest of the clients living in the apartment. Please, take into account that in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS it is clearly forbiden to make noise, play loud music, or make parties in our apartments. If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, EnjoyRentals has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation. QUIET TIME IS FROM 21.00PM TO 09.00AM.

EnjoyRentals nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may happen as a result of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, insurance, damages, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, EnjoyRentals has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation.
