The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area. Close to the University, 30 minutes walk from the famous Ondarreta Beach and of the espectacular “Peine del Viento” of the “Eduardo Chillida” artist.

The Marugame apartment in San Sebastián has 110m2, divided in three doble bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and a wide living room.

The living room, spacious and bright, has a dining table with capability for 6 guests.  It’s fully equipped with a 32” LCD TV and internet WIFI. From the lounge you access to the lovely terrace, with table for 4 people where you can enjoy the precious views over the city.

The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped, with: Oven, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, etc.

The master bedroom is very spacious and light, with his own bathroom, a large double bed and direct access to the beautiful terrace.

The other two rooms, with two individual beds in each bedrooms.

All rooms have large wardrobes where you can conveniently store your belongings.

The apartment has two swimming pools with green areas.

Also, the Marugame apartment has a large parking place available in the same building.
